Are you allowed to take an orchid flower/plant on an airplane?
Do airlines have a rule about orchid plants/flowers?

- It depends where you're flying to and from (international flights would have different rules than domestic). Also, be aware that it will have to be put under your seat or in the overhead bin, and as such could be damaged.
- it depends on the airline and your destination
- Depends..... if you can put it in a bag, even a plastic bag and it doesnt have an odor, then it should be allowed on. As long its not going to spill soil on the aircraft. The only trouble you will have if any is if you are going into another country as many countries will not allow any fresh plants into the country. Even if your just flying inter-state, make sure that you can legally take fresh plants into the sate as well
